Be found.
Then be ready.

We put local businesses in the Google Maps 3-pack — then build the systems that handle what arrives. Billing, inventory, dispatch, ERP. Two halves of the same job, done in-house.

Illustrative simulation. The grid spans roughly 4.5 km from the premises and rank improves toward the centre, because Maps results are weighted by the searcher's distance from you. Your scan uses live rank data at real coordinates around your own address.

02What we do

Two disciplines,
one accountable team.

Most agencies sell you traffic and leave you to handle it. Most software shops build a system nobody can find. We do both halves, which means neither of us can blame the other one.

04How we work

Six commitments,
every engagement.

None of this is remarkable. It is simply what we would want if we were paying, and the reason takeovers of half-finished projects are a large share of our work.

  1. 01Days 1–4

    We measure before we promise

Every engagement opens with a baseline: a geo-grid scan of where you currently rank, a technical crawl, or a fit-gap analysis against your actual process. You get that document whether or not you hire us, and it is specific enough to act on alone.

  2. 02Week 1

Scope is written down and priced fixed

No hourly meter, no discovery that quietly becomes the project. You get a written scope with a fixed price, and the parts we deliberately excluded are listed as plainly as the parts we included.

  3. 03Weeks 2–8

    Built in vertical slices

Each slice is a complete feature — schema, API, interface and permissions — deployed to a preview URL you can open. You are never asked to approve a layer you cannot use, and you never wait eight weeks to see something real.

  4. 04Pre-launch

Migration and training are part of it

The step other vendors skip and the reason their rollouts fail. Your existing stock, bookings or records are migrated and reconciled against a physical count, and your staff are trained at the counter before go-live, not during a queue.

  5. 05Launch

    Handover assumes we might leave

Documented environment variables, a seed script, a deployment runbook, and a recorded walkthrough. Code sits in your Git organisation and deploys to your accounts. If you hire in-house later, nothing about this holds you hostage.

  6. 06Monthly

    Reporting names the lever

Not a traffic graph. Which keyword gained position, which fix produced which movement, what we are doing next month — and when something is not working, we say so and change it rather than reframing the chart.

05What clients say

The survey app changed how we quote. Earlier the estimate depended on which surveyor went, and we were losing on long-distance jobs without knowing why. Now the volume comes off the inventory and the margin floor stops anyone quoting below cost. Bilty and packing list printing in our own format meant the office staff didn't have to relearn anything.

Questions we get asked

If yours isn't here, ask it on WhatsApp — you'll get an answer from someone who builds the thing, not a sales rep.

  • Two connected things. We make businesses findable — Google Business Profile optimisation, local ranking and SEO — and we build the software that runs the business once enquiries arrive: web and mobile applications, pharmacy and logistics systems, and custom ERPNext deployments. The overlap is deliberate: traffic without a system to handle it just creates a worse customer experience at higher volume.

  • We operate from Dehradun and Greater Noida, and serve Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Jaipur and clients across India remotely. Maps and local SEO work is location-independent; ERP and pharmacy rollouts involving stock migration and staff training usually need at least one on-site week.
  • Fixed price against a written scope, not an hourly meter. Maps and SEO work carries a setup fee plus a monthly retainer because the results compound. Software builds are quoted as a fixed project cost after a discovery phase. Every tier on the pricing page shows both the setup and the recurring figure, including what is deliberately excluded.
  • You do, entirely. Code lives in your Git organisation from the first commit, deploys to your accounts, and handover includes documented environment variables and a runbook. The same applies to your Google Business Profile — we work inside your account and never hold it.
  • Yes, and it is a large share of the work — stalled builds, ERPNext instances configured by a previous vendor, and suspended Google profiles. Every takeover starts with a paid audit so both sides know what is actually there before a scope is agreed.
  • Audits and Maps foundation work typically start within a week. Application builds start at the next discovery slot, usually two to three weeks out. If something is genuinely urgent — a suspended profile costing you enquiries daily — say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.
