Measure first, promise second
Every engagement opens with a baseline you keep whether or not you hire us. It is harder to sell against and much harder to argue with three months later.
Google IT Solution is an India-based product and growth studio. We do two things and do them properly: we make businesses findable in Google Maps and local search, and we build the operational software that runs once the leads arrive — billing, inventory, dispatch, CRM and ERP. Everything is built in-house by engineers who ship production systems, not templates.
The studio started from a pattern that kept repeating. A relocation business would hire an SEO agency, start ranking, and then drown — because the enquiries arrived into a paper register and a WhatsApp group. Or the reverse: a business would commission a genuinely good billing system, and nobody could find them to use it.
Both failures get blamed on the other vendor. The agency says the operations cannot convert; the software shop says the marketing does not deliver. Both are usually right, which is precisely why nobody fixes it.
So we do both halves. The first work — a MERN backend and a technical SEO programme for a packers and movers business — lifted organic traffic 40% and gave the office a system to answer a customer without phoning a driver. That combination is still the whole thesis.
Since then the same approach has produced a seven-module diplomatic gifting system with bilingual RTL documents, a VVIP visit platform on a dual-backend real-time architecture, fuel retail across three stations, a pharmacy counter handling 150 transactions a day, and a movers platform now offered as a product.
Google IT Solution is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google LLC. Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC, referenced here descriptively because they are the platforms we work on.
We mention this plainly rather than in small print, because agencies implying a Google partnership they do not have is a common enough problem that being explicit is worth the space.

Code in your Git organisation from the first commit. Deployments to your accounts. Your Google Business Profile stays yours — we work inside it and never hold it.
If ERPNext fits better than a custom build, we say so and the project gets smaller. If you should fix your profile yourself, we send the list and no invoice.
Traffic without a system to handle it is a worse customer experience at higher volume. A system nobody can find is a cost centre. We do both so neither can be blamed on the other vendor.
Importing your actual stock, bookings and records — and reconciling them against a physical count — is the step that decides whether a rollout survives. It is never an add-on line item.
Retainers cancel with 30 days' notice. Handover includes a runbook and a recorded walkthrough. If you hire in-house later, nothing about our work holds you hostage.
None of this is remarkable. It is simply what we would want if we were paying, and the reason takeovers of half-finished projects are a large share of our work.
Every engagement opens with a baseline: a geo-grid scan of where you currently rank, a technical crawl, or a fit-gap analysis against your actual process. You get that document whether or not you hire us, and it is specific enough to act on alone.
No hourly meter, no discovery that quietly becomes the project. You get a written scope with a fixed price, and the parts we deliberately excluded are listed as plainly as the parts we included.
Each slice is a complete feature — schema, API, interface and permissions — deployed to a preview URL you can open. You are never asked to approve a layer you cannot use, and you never wait eight weeks to see something real.
The step other vendors skip and the reason their rollouts fail. Your existing stock, bookings or records are migrated and reconciled against a physical count, and your staff are trained at the counter before go-live, not during a queue.
Documented environment variables, a seed script, a deployment runbook, and a recorded walkthrough. Code sits in your Git organisation and deploys to your accounts. If you hire in-house later, nothing about this holds you hostage.
Not a traffic graph. Which keyword gained position, which fix produced which movement, what we are doing next month — and when something is not working, we say so and change it rather than reframing the chart.
Including the affiliation question, which deserves a direct answer.
Small and deliberately so. The founder is on every project and writes production code, with specialist contractors brought in for defined pieces — design, mobile, content — rather than a bench of generalists billed against your budget. It means we take fewer projects at once and say no more often than an agency would.
We'll run the geo-grid scan on your current Maps position and send back the grid — the same artefact a paying client gets monthly. No call required, no obligation attached.
