We build the software a business runs on: booking and dispatch platforms, billing systems, dashboards, customer portals and the mobile apps that sit alongside them. Every project ships with authentication, role-based permissions, audit trails and a deployment pipeline, because those are the parts that decide whether software survives its first month in production.

What you get
  • Discovery document with data model and role matrix
  • Design system and responsive UI across mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Authentication with role-based access control and audit logging
  • REST or GraphQL API with request validation and rate limiting
  • Admin panel for every entity your team needs to manage
  • PWA install support, offline shell and push notifications
  • Automated deployment pipeline with preview environments
  • Handover documentation and a recorded walkthrough
AHow it works

The parts that actually
decide the outcome.

01

Built as a system, not a set of screens

We start from the data model and the permission matrix, because that is what constrains every screen that follows. Deciding on day one who can void an invoice saves rebuilding the billing module in month three.

02

Performance treated as a requirement

Server-rendered by default, images optimised at build, route-level code splitting, and Core Web Vitals measured on real devices — not just on a laptop over office wifi. A page that takes four seconds on a mid-range Android in a tier-2 city has failed regardless of the Lighthouse score.

03

Security posture from the start

Parameterised queries, httpOnly session cookies, CSRF protection on mutations, secrets never in the bundle, and role checks enforced server-side rather than by hiding buttons. Built by a Certified Ethical Hacker, which mostly means we know what the attack looks like.

04

Integrations that hold up

Payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email providers, Tally and accounting exports, GST-compliant invoicing, Google Maps and distance-matrix routing. Written with retries, idempotency keys and a dead-letter path, so a provider outage does not corrupt your data.

05

One codebase, phone to desktop

Responsive from the first commit, installable as a PWA, and where a true native app is warranted we build it in React Native so the business logic stays shared. You do not pay twice for the same feature.

06

Handover you can actually act on

Documented environment variables, a seed script, deployment runbook, and a recorded walkthrough of the admin. If you later hire in-house or move to another vendor, nothing about this codebase holds you hostage.

BDelivery process

What the first
few weeks look like.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery

Two working sessions to map the entities, the roles, the states a record moves through, and the three reports you will actually look at. Output is a written scope with a fixed price.

  2. 02Week 2

    Design system

Interface design against real data, not lorem ipsum. You approve the component set and the key flows before any production code is written.

  3. 03Weeks 3–8

    Build in slices

Vertical slices, deployed to a preview URL you can open every Friday. Each slice is a complete feature — schema, API, UI and permissions — rather than a layer.

  4. 04Final 2 weeks

    Harden & launch

Load testing, security pass, data migration from whatever you use today, staff training, then launch with monitoring in place.

DClients on this service
Handover was the differentiator. Documented environment variables, a seed script, a runbook and a recorded walkthrough. When we hired our own developer she was productive in two days instead of two weeks.

EFAQ

Web & Apps — the questions we actually get

Written as straight answers, including where the honest answer is 'no' or 'it depends'.

  • A marketing site with a CMS starts around ₹35,000. A real application with accounts, roles and six modules sits between ₹1,25,000 and ₹3,00,000 depending on integration count. Platform work — multi-tenant, real-time, or compliance-bound — is scoped after a paid discovery. We quote fixed prices against a written scope; there is no hourly meter running.

  • You do, entirely, from the first commit. It lives in your Git organisation, deploys to your accounts, and the handover includes documented environment variables and a runbook. We do not hold infrastructure or credentials hostage.
  • Yes, and often. We take over stalled builds, modernise legacy PHP or jQuery applications, and add modules to systems someone else started. First step is a paid two-day audit so both sides know what is actually there before committing to a scope.
  • Next.js and React with TypeScript on the front, and either Node with Express or the Frappe framework on the back depending on whether you need a bespoke application or an ERP foundation. MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and Redis as the data layer. React Native when a genuinely native mobile app is warranted.
  • Thirty days of bug fixes are included with every application build. After that most clients move to a support retainer that covers monitoring, dependency updates, security patches and a monthly allowance of change requests. It is optional, and the code works fine without it.
