Quotes compute from actual surveyed volume, distance slab, floor count, lift availability and packing grade, with a margin floor a salesperson cannot quote beneath without approval. Accepted quotes generate the consignment note, packing list and delivery challan in the operations team's existing print formats. A dispatch board matches bookings to vehicles against real cubic capacity and crew availability, and every item photographed at packing and at delivery builds the evidence trail that resolves claims from the record.
